I know we mentioned this before but was hoping to get a script by the script guru because i don't code
I'd love to get a drag /scroll bar on the upper right "Now Playing" are. I hate having to lose my place to rewind a part of a track or move forward to see if it's worth hearing fully.
I'd also love the ability to bump / add from there too any way to do this without making the site die like "we" did yesterday lol
Thanks in advance for a go or no

even a "floating remote" with bumps would kick butt, something so that i could surf / read maxbumps threads and have the ability to bump
all in all no rush as i'm here for several more years though i have to admit the enlarged tunebox messages and 5 people groups is a huge bonus |

I'm working on that...
The catch is that they essentially hide the bump request. That is cool though I only messed with it for an hour or two last night to learn what is going on.

Hi, maybe this Greasemonkey script is usefull. It adds an collection of buttons to the screen
* previous , pause + start , next song buttons
* Artist name + title of the song, progress time
* The amount of points you have, the bumpcost of the song,
* A bump button
* Browser back + forward buttons.
I tested it with the latest version of Greasemonkey and FireFox 3.0. The code can be found here:

Thanks, Quirkie! Its working fine for me so far!
It think the design is very good. I would, however, remove the points total and replace it with the number of times the user has bumped the currently playing song. Otherwise, its great! |

Hi Carpex, thanks for the comments on my tiny Greasemonkey script. It's the first GreaseMonkey script I wrote. I'm glad it seems to be working for you.
About your request to display the number of times the user has bumped the currently playing song:
I'm afraid it's not that easy to retrieve that information.
That information stays on the t61 server until you click the nice and shiny bumps star link.
I'll see what I can do to retrieve that info for you. It would definitely be a nice feature.
And then the next big step:
see if I can send the songs that a user is playing to Last.fm so it shows up in your list of "Recently Listened Tracks".
Someone already made a (currently non functioning) Greasemonkey script called MuxScrobbler for Muxtape that submits the songs you listen to last.fm.
I would like to integrate parts of that script into my script.
It is possible to do this for t61 but it will take me quite some time to figure out.
In the main time: dump your requests and complaints about the script here |
